The YC1893D Series Three-Phase Energy Meter Test System, developed by GENY, adopts advanced electronic measurement technology and a modular design concept. By integrating high-precision reference standards with programmable power amplifiers, the system meets the diverse requirements of electric energy meter manufacturers, power utilities, metrology laboratories, quality inspection departments, and industrial enterprises.

The YC1893D system is a fully automatic solution for the testing and calibration of both single-phase and three-phase energy meters.

The system includes:

• Three-phase programmable power source
• High-accuracy three-phase reference standard meter
• Modular meter suspension test rack
• Tariff control system (fixed voltage modules, optical probe reader, ripple control unit)
• All necessary auxiliary components
• PC-based control platform with professional test management software

The system complies fully with IEC 60736 and supports meter testing in accordance with the following international standards:

• IEC 62052-11, IEC 62053-11 / -21 / -22 / -23 / -24
• IEC 62056 (DLMS/COSEM communication protocols)
• EN 50470-1, EN 50470-2, EN 50470-3

• Calibration of lower-accuracy reference meters using high-accuracy standards
• Pre-heating or warming phase

• Tampering condition simulation for single-phase meters

6. Supports simultaneous testing of meters with different constants.
